How do I install my shifter band and rear view hangers?

Our items are easy to install as they are made with a durable elastic cord which provides enough stretch to put over your shift knob or rear view mirror. Velcro is also provided to add stability to your hanger. 

What type of beads do you use?

We use natural stone beads that each have their own healing properties. 

What type of wood do you use?

We currently use Baltic Birch plywood.

Will the shifter bands and hangers fit in my car?

Yes, our accessories are meant to be in all cars whether it's a manual or automatic. We don't judge. (:

I have an issue with my hanger. How do I fix it?

On a rare occasion, hangers may stretch if exposed to extreme heat on a daily. It is an easy fix, please contact us for instructions!

How often do you restock?

Our team of two will work endlessly to restock a product when it has sold out. Announcement of item restock will be made on our social media and Newsletter.

Can I get a sponsorship?

We currently do not offer sponsorships. In the future we might!

ORDERS

What payments do you accept?

We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?

Yes, we can change your order if it has NOT been shipped out. Please contact us ASAP since orders are usually shipped 2-3 days of purchase.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes, we can do bulk orders. Please contact us for more info!

Can I get a discount?

Discounts will be occasionally distributed and announced on our Instagram, Facebook or newsletter. Make sure to follow us and/or subscribe to stay updated!

Can you do custom orders?

Yes, we do custom orders. Please refer to the link for more details.

Can I preview my custom order?

Yes, we will send you a photo of your custom order before we move on to shipment. This allows for any changes to be made. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment.

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within 2-4 days of purchase. Bulk orders may require a longer time for us to process, so please bare with us as we are a small team of two.

How long does it take for my item to arrive?

First-Class Mail and orders should arrive 3-5 business days after shipment. Priority Mail should arrive 1-2 days after shipment. Delivery time is subject to change due to conditions that are out of our hands. 

Where is my tracking number?

An email with the tracking number is automatically sent to you once your order has been shipped. 

What happens if I never received a confirmation/tracking email?

This may happen due to a system error or input of incorrect email. Simply hit us up and we will gladly help you out!

Do you accept returns?

No, all sales are final with the exemption on damaged products upon delivery. 

What happens if my order arrives late?

We try our best to ensure that your package arrives on time. However, we have no control as to what happens to the package after it is handed over to the shipping carrier. If you continue to experience prolonged delay, please contact us.

What happens if my product gets lost in mail?

We know how much it sucks to lose a package. Thus, we will replace your item(s) if evidence is valid of lost package.
