How do I install my shifter band and omamori?

Our items are easy to install as they are made with a durable elastic cord which provides enough stretch to put over your shift knob. Omamoris are installed by tying a knot at the end of the strings.

What payments do you accept?

I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?

Yes, we can change your order if it has NOT been shipped out. Please contact us ASAP since orders are usually shipped 2-4 days after purchase.

Yes, we will send you a photo of your custom order before we move on to shipment. This allows for any changes to be made. 


Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment.

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within 2-4 business days of purchase. 

How long does it take for my item to arrive?

First-Class Mail and orders should arrive 3-5 business days after shipment. Priority Mail should arrive 1-3 days after shipment. Delivery time is subject to change due to conditions that are out of our hands. 

Where is my tracking number?

An email with the tracking number is automatically sent to you once your order has been shipped. 

What happens if I never received a confirmation/tracking email?

This may happen due to a system error or input of incorrect email. Simply hit us up and we will gladly help you out!

Do you accept returns?

No, all sales are final with the exemption on damaged products upon delivery. 

What happens if my order arrives late?

We try our best to ensure that your package arrives on time. However, we have no control as to what happens to the package after it is handed over to the shipping carrier. If you continue to experience prolonged delay, please contact us.

What happens if my product gets lost in mail?

We know how much it sucks to lose a package. Thus, we will replace your item(s) if evidence is valid of lost package.
